We collect your personal information so we can:

  • process orders
  • process payment
  • quote accurately
  • deliver orders
  • perform fantastic customer service
  • advise you of discounts and special offers (unsubscribe at any time)
Who

Besides our staff, we share some of this information with:

  • Shopify in order to process your order (they host our online store)
  • Shopify in order to process your payment (payment details)
  • Courier companies in order to deliver your goods (just your name and address)

Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to enter your name and contact detail, payment or delivery information, we cannot process your order or payment, complete you quote or deliver your goods.

Where

We keep your information safe by

  • Payment detail is only used by Shopify and stored in encrypted files
  • Only specific Enduro staff have access to your information and only the information required to perform their job.
When

We keep your information for up to seven years at which point we securely destroy it.

How

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
